Ancomp is a full service destination management company. We have been serving national and international clients for the past 25 years. The company has an excellent reputation with its clients for creating and executing imaginative and logistically complex programs. We plan and operate sophisticated engineering/scientific symposiums, national sales meetings, trade shows, corporate incentive programs, team building events and creative special events.

Meet The Team



Teresa founded Ancomp 23 years ago in March of 1990 with a goal to create a full-service company that can execute all facets of destination management and meeting planning with imaginative and logistically complex programs. She has expertise from over 30 years of working in the event and DMC industry, and has successfully worked with client groups of all sizes, from 4 to 2000. Under Teresa’s direction, Ancomp plans and operates sophisticated symposiums, conferences, national sales meetings, trade shows, corporate incentive programs, teambuilding events and dynamic special occasion events. In addition to her renowned career, Teresa prides herself giving back to her community, continuously working and volunteering with local charities including the YMCA, American Cancer Society, The Boys & Girls Club and many more. She has recently introduced local and destination wedding planning to Ancomp’s repertoire of services. She is also active in many professional organizations including MPI, MeCo, eWomen Network, Women of the Western Communities and FIU Alumnae Association.

Lindsay Mullen

Account Executive

Lindsay joins us after working in the special events and attractions sector of Orlando, and destination services in Palm Beach County. Having worked intimately with South Florida, she combines knowledge and creativity to ensure every event is logistically sound. She holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management

Carla Cartier

Director of Marketing

Carla joins Ancomp after over 15 years in the publishing industry. Her former position at the helm of a statewide magazine for over 8 years, as well as her background in editorial and magazine publishing has allowed her to hone her business, marketing and writing skills over her fast-tracked career. She has interviewed celebrities and designers including Michael Kors, Peter Som, Carolina Herrera, Elizabeth Hurley, Mark Badgley and James Mishcka, to name a few. She has also presented fashion trends and styling tips for events at Saks Fifth Avenue, women’s conferences and more. Over the years, she has been able to develop expertise in several areas including event planning and execution, fashion writing and styling, corporate branding and strategy, social media and more. She has worked on numerous launch parties and events, fashion shows, fashion editorials, photoshoots, and conferences–even winning accolades and awards for her work.
